Bringing Custom Production to the Small Shop

I know the biggest hurdle for any lure builder is the gap between a great idea and a production-ready mold. Usually, that gap comes with a price tag that doesn't fit a small business budget. At Hogue Outdoor Customs, I’m opening up my shop to help other builders get their concepts off the ground using the same in-house CNC process I use for my own line.

Whether you have a rough sketch or a 100% finished 3D model, I can help you cut a mold that performs.

Our Mold Services:

• Custom Mold Cutting – $200: We use the industry-standard Do-It mold frames—a platform most builders already know and trust.
• Ready to Pour: Your mold is cut, tested, and pre-treated with mold release so it’s ready for the bench the moment it arrives.
• Design & Prototyping – $100: I’ll work with you to build and optimize a 3D model of your lure.
• Design Fee: Includes two 1-cavity test molds and samples shipped to you for your sign-off. (Revisions beyond the second test are just $20).
• Note: If you already have a 3D STEP file ready for the machine, this fee is waived.
